M O N A R C H is openly recruiting for new players. Guild will be focusing on epic content; mostly Epic Leveling and Epic Reincarnating. The goal isn’t to focus on recruiting folks that are arrogant or D-bags (not mutually exclusive), but to find players that are helpful and supportive of each other.

There are many good guilds out there, many long standing ones with their sporadic fits of drama and leadership challenges, but good nonetheless. Many focus exclusively on Raiding and breaking records; many only want to only run Epic Elite content.

Where we are different is that we don’t tolerate drama, and we don’t keep secrets. The focus is on collaboration; emphasis is on sharing information. With that being said, we do focus on collaborating with team members on best practices for quests and raids, but there is no focus on using exploits to cheat the game.

I’d prefer not to focus on the guild’s level, ship size or amenities as selling points. Good people will attract other good people regardless of the perks. In other words, community is most important; all the other stuff is a plus. The future of the game is going to be built on collaboration and community team work!

I'm stuck on Sarlona at the moment, but would like to catch up with you after my transfer back to Thelanis is resolved (I handed off leadership of M O N A R C H while traveling the worlds). If I recall correctly, isn't Ganus your main? If you're the same person I think you are, it should be a no brainer. Chatted with a CS rep yesterday, so I'm hoping to be back in-world a day or so from now.

Quick update - Recruited a couple new members and hit Guild Level 120 last night.

Are you only looking for high level characters? I've just returned after many years and while I've got a massive horde of characters from trying to find the one that fits best my highest is only 9 so far. Getting a little tired of soloing constantly and would like to find a good group to hang out with.

Not at all; lower level characters grow up to be high level characters, so we'll eventually be on the same sheet of music. In present company, most are concentrating on Epic Reincarnating, but as we grow, there will be many others that fit into low and mid-level ranges. While we develop the membership base, you are welcome to bring in your main/multi-alts and use the ship amenities. Let me know.
