Could you maybe narrow that down a little?

I was going to offer you some suggestions
but then I remembered not to help people who use a backwards smiley face.

Need more information on your plans are you going for completionist? Do you like epic play or do yo want to get some herioc lives first.

What is your play style? Different classes are more fun for different people I really dont like casters that much or barbarians.

More information will let us help you.

Based on the information in your post, I suggest to do your second life as a pure fighter.
Wiki dashboard with some useful stealthplay links. LONG LIVE STEALTH!

Now I am a 12 warrior 8 cleric using greatsword and some healing spells (Human, 32 BP) I have all classes and races unlocked.
I want to be a melee class that the TR Bonuses will fit into the build.
    Priority for DPS.
I don't care witch class it's could be Bard,Fighter,Paladin or Barbarin Priority for PURE but it could be Split too.

Human, 34pt Pure Paladin. Two handed fighting since you already have greatsword:

    Base Stats:
    18str, 8dex, 14con, 10int, 8wis, 16cha
    All level ups into strength.

    Skill priority:
    Umd > Heal > Search > Intimidate > Spot

Level 1 : Two Handed Fighting
Level 1 : Dragon Mark of Passage (Human Bonus Feat)
Level 1 : Sovereign Host (Paladin Bonus Feat)
    Level 3 : Power Attack
Level 6 : Improved Two Handed Fighting
Level 9 : Improved Critical: Slashing
Level 12 : Greater Two handed Fighting
    Level 15 : Quicken
    Level 18 : Empower Healing
    Level 21 : Overwhelming Critical
Level 24 : Weapon Focus: Slashing
Level 26 : Perfect Two Handed Fighting
Level 27 : Epic Damage Reduction
Level 28 : Perfect Two Weapon Fighting

    Enhancements:

That'll net you a fairly well rounded self healing melee build that has good dps,

search helps you find secret doors, spot helps you to see hidden enemies & find secret door locations. Not large priority skills, but useful.

    I went Dwarf

    Strength-16
    Con-16
    Charisma- 14

Distribute the rest where you want, depending on your tomes. Remember you need to have enough wisdom to cast your spells and thats it. Dex isnt super important as your MRR will be fairly decent. Int gets more skills. I put in Intimidate and heal. Rest into concentration and balance or jump.

Feats : Shield mastery, improved shield mastery, empower healing, combat expertise, improved crit slashing, tower shield, force of personality

EPIC FEATS: Overwhelming crit, Epic toughness if you have 21 con if not epic damage reduction, blinding speed

EPIC DESTINY FEATS: Perfect two weapon fighting and first blood

    All levels into strength

Vangaurd for DPS/tank, decent tank if you have the gear. Im at 167 PRR/100 MRR and around 150ish AC in Van. Sitting around 30ish doublestrike and 45 % attack speed bonus so I deal pretty decent damage. Swing D Axes and dont look back.

Dwarf enhancements to Child of the Mountain and Dwarf Fortress

Splash Sacred defender to get to Sacred Defense for the PRR boost

Splash Knight of the Chalice for Divine Might ( Strength for me is in the mid 50's with this running, again I dont have optimum gear)

Can easily switch to Sacred defender if you need to tank on EE and get over 200 PRR and over 200 AC but less damage. I can tank just about anything in this mode. Need a bit more gear to be optimum but I do fairly well now without the best gear.

To tank go Sacred Defender and run in Unyeilding Sentinal.

    Twist:
    Improved Combat Expertise
    Rejuvenation Cocoon
    Sense weakness

For DPS even on EE :

    Dreadnaught

Replace Improved Combat Expertise with Legendary Shield Mastery

I been running this guy for a few months now and he does well. I can DPS or switch to full on tank mode. In Vangaurd on EN or EH he is almost unkillable and kills fast. Does well in EE in this mode too, but can still get killed if your not paying attention. In Sacred Defender he absorbs everything like a boss in EE( almost 2000 HP's and over 200 AC and PRR) , but much less damage. Play with the Epic destinies and enhancements to see what works best for you.

I have a lot of fun with this build its nice to have a toon that can actually contribute in raid
