Acording to Wiki it is unbound and i have had no luck with chests. I Look for the Heroic version.
Have:
Hide of the goriostro con +3/stun
Pale green ioun stone
ee axe of adaxus
A set of tome/shield of legend
and the usual stuff, crafting materials, some augments, plat, etc.
