Update error

I'm one of those people who has never had tech issues with DDO. Until this weekend. It's worked fine for me for the longest time, and then, yesterday and today I'm having launcher issues. It hits 55%, the launcher goes unresponsive for a minute or two, then I get 'An update error occured, the request cannot be sent.'

I've searched the forums and knowledge base for ideas, but I haven't found anything.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Does anyone have any ideas? I haven't been able to play in a week now, and nothing I've tried to do to fix it has worked.
