Default Need some information on un-deleting a character.

Okay so... I accidentally deleted one of my main characters, and I want to get him back.
But the site (upport.turbine.com/link/portal/24001/24001/Article/2674/DDO-Character-Undelete-FAQs) says that to do so, I must have bought something within the last month.
I haven't bought anything in a LONG time.
    So I was wondering...
If I were to buy $8 worth in in TP now (after the fact) would I then be able to un-delete my character?

Five months ago I deleted some characters, changed my mind, purchased $8 worth of Turbine Points, and was able to undelete the ones I wanted back.

I did encounter one issue. After changing my mind, I immediately 'parked' the name of one deleted character using another account (I was out of character slots on the main one). After submitting a Character Undelete request, my undeleted character was renamed <Name>One but did NOT come with a rename credit, so I could not restore her original name. I was unable to contact a GM witin the one month grace period and so she remains <Name>One to this day. If something like that happens to you, get in contact with a GM as soon as possible and fix your character's name!
