    Default Unable to Contact In-Game GM Help

    I am VIP (I checked to be sure my sub hasn't expired and I am still current), and have used GM help before.

    When I click on Main Menu > Help I get a 404 error not found.

    In the past, this page disappeared and was replaced by the screen to allow me to request in-game support. I have been waiting for 10+ minutes, and it has not cleared away.

    I logged in to my FTP (Premium) account and tried to get past the 404 screen, no success.

    I then went to my laptop, and tried, no success -- still the 404 error.

    I cleared my browsing cache, rebooted the pc, and still no success.

    Anyone know how to call for a GM if you can't get past this stupid 404 screen??

    Please get in touch with Technical Support, who can help you resolve the "404 error" you are experiencing. This can be done by going to support.turbine.com, then clicking on "Support Center" and "Submit a Ticket." Thanks!
