Default Dodge % to replace PRR/MRR if higher

Some builds running around in docents, robes, and lesser extent light armor have low or zero PRR/MRR as a result. My suggestion therefore is to adjust PRR/MRR to work with your dodge % but only if it is higher than whatever equipment you are wearing.

No. It's a build choice, and yes, you may have to sacrifice one for the other.

As others have said, Dodge vs PRR/MRR is part of the build tradeoffs you need to make these days; converting one into the other misses the point. If I'm adding right, you can pick up to 55 PRR from gear (though that includes +15 from Planar Focus, which is a suboptimal gear choice at endgame); lt armor provides up to 26 PRR at lvl cap (if you max out your BAB w/Div Power or Tensers); so that's up to 81 PRR (~45% dmg reduction) before you factor in Enhancements or ED abilities. If you're a centered toon, you can pick up 45 PRR from GM Earth + Iron Skin + Standing w/Stone.
