Racial Enhancements

I notice a good many builds put little to no points into the racial trees. I would like to suggest that at each level you get a point to spend specifically in the racial tree. In addition, your regular enhancement points could be spent in the tree if you so choose.

Racial tree is generally expensive requiring useless selections to get to ones that are.. meh...

I could go along with some sort of Racial Completionist that gives a bonus points that could only be spent in the racial tree..

I could go with that. Each past life gives a free core ability.
