Ghallanda crashing has turned into an everyday event. Turbine needs to level with us. Whatever is happening is not a minor glitch. They need to start transferring people out of the server. If it hasn't been fixed yet, they don't know whats wrong, or how to fix it. Turbine needs to be on the level, and own up to their customers. I work in the shipping industry, we deal with millions of packages a day on a global level. If we don't get it right, then we make it right. That is what I expect out of turbine. That is the professional standard. Cause believe me, if people order something on amazon.com, and it doesn't arrive, the fabric of society in the information age begins to crumble. That can't happen.
