Dex based shuriken staffy

Hi, for my first completionist life, I decided on a drow using quarterstaves and shuriken, going rogue/monk/pally. First level rogue, 2nd level monk, will probably be 2 rogue 1 monk 2 pally at lvl 5.

Stats:

14 str (THF)
18 dex + lvl ups
16 int (trapskills, KTA)
16 cha (pally saves
10 con
8 wis

I got 2 options for the final class split:

either 13 rogue 4 pally 3 monk (staff mastery and new acrobat goodies)

or

14 pally 3 monk 3 rogue (holy sword and better self-healing)

since both have 4 pally 3 monk 3 rogue in common, i still got some time to decide. Any opinions here?

I posted a DEX-based rog / monk staff+shuriken build here. Halfling not drow and ftr splash instead pally, but it might give you some ideas.
