ToEE not appearing in DDO store

Hi,

I cannot buy Temple of Elemental Evil from DDO Store... I go to adventures pack ( mid level ) and it sas there are no item for me here...
Same when I want to buy it from quest giver.... DDO store window opens but not item available... ( even if I remove filters... )

Have you seen this issue before ?

It seems to be a little buggy... Once you browse to high-level adventure packs, there should be a sort of navigation tree near the top of the store window, allowing you to click on all adventure packs, rather than just the ones broken down by level range. It should be available under that view. Sorry, no screenshot... store is currently bugged for me...

Unfortunately yes.... :-(
No matter how I browse the store, ToEE is not in the list of available items.

Did you delete the browser folder in the games installed location, repatched, then tried?

Also you can click the show all items button next to the search box, then click the breadcrumb trail to the left of those to go a tier up and see everything under it. If you have the content, it will show with red text saying you can't buy it.

EDIT:
SO, I backed up the browser folder in game location then launched the game. It patched OK then I tried but no luck...
I see other item in red ( those I already have ) but no ToEE....

Better have a laught at it but I'd really like to see this adaptation of an old time favorite....

And thx for your help. No, no matter how I browse store it doesn't appear. Even with the direct link at quest entrance. My store is completely messed up. Il don't see many quests but this one, I really want it ( bring back old memories to a old timer ;-) )
I tried to open a ticket but I didn't receive any mail.
I guess it take some time but since I want to buy something I hope to be contacter somehow

You might try changing the client to english. The French client has not be supported for awhile now and can have UI issues. (I've never heard about store issues specifically but it couldn't hurt to try)
