Let Guild Members Change Ammenities

Can you please revert back to when guild members (not officers) could change and renew amenities please? Thanks.

For any MMO, there needs to be some sort of probationary system for guilds as well as a system that ignores this. DDO has both by using member and officer ranks and having corresponding chests and guild rights to suit.

Frankly if anyone wants to spend the time and resources to maintain an airship its time they talked to their leadership about promotion to officer.

Perhaps give guild leaders an access control list like the one for houses in LotRO.
