TOEE Pt2 HE way to OP

ok so me and a guildie just tring to get a feel for what EE pt2 will be like do it on HE no probs till we get to the end fight with miss mushroom i was on my ranger and have over 1k hp 50 dex that goes to my to hit and dam i was one shot by a cr 15 on my lvl 28 not once but 3 times i do belive that a cr 15 doing 1.k damage in one go in a quest that is cr9 on HE is a bit much EN EH or even EE i can see that being done as there are epic for a reason but to have a 1k+ ranger at lvl 28 get one hit in a lvl 9 quest is just not ok my toon is by no means under powered or gear starved and runs in fury of th wild with a on command 8k crit with many shot going that is about 16k+ before mods are added so how is it that this boss has this much hit power when toons at lvl 9 are going to have about 200-450 hp how do you think that the at lvl heroic toons are going to realy be able to do this quest i think that it needs a looking at and very fast as turbie you have given this new pack so much hype that people will want to run it and ENJOY running it at lvl not just saying well lets skip this one its not worth the time to run as we will just wipe anyway i dont know if this is just a fluke that happened to me and my guildies or if it has happened to others as well but i post this thread to see if it is just our bad luck or if this quest TOEE Pt2 on HE is just to over powered for the lvl range toons that should be running it

Was it Zuggtmoy's AoE attack that did the 1k damage? That attack does a lot of damage on any difficulty. 1k on HE wouldn't surprise me, it's basically designed to kill any character.
There is an intended way how to completely avoid that attack.

If a trash mob in the end fight hit you for 1k in HE then it's likely a bug.

what hit me was not the aoe it what one of her ranged spells that hit me i can see the aoe being a one hit as it is the boss but for a basic ranged spell to hit me for that much is just nuts at that lvl
