    Default Can Not Setup Subscription

    I want to set up a monthly subscription to DDO. I log in and click on "My Account". It then brings up the "Account Settings" page that has a small menu and also says "WELCOME TO YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE" "Use the menu to the left to administer your account settings."

    I click on "Manage Subscriptions". This brings me to the "Manage Subscriptions" page.

    THis has the small menu on the left and on the right it says . . . "Manage Subscriptions" "DDODefault FTUIPack Account Creation" Next to this is a textbox with the following text in it: "DDODefault FTUIPack Account Creation" Underneath this is a button called "Save Nickname".

    So, um, how do I setup a subscription??? I click the button and nothing happens.

    It sounds like you may be logging into the wrong website to do that. Please make sure that you are logging into myaccount.turbine.com to upgrade to VIP!

    Sorry ... At the turbine employees response.


    Anyways... After you buy a initial pack like the 3 Months with your credit card thats your subscription. They renew on there own.
    To the best of my knowledge.. Not being a actual turbine employee n all there is no button to set up payment plans..
    Its just the Buy buttons. 14.99 1 Mo Sub, 29.99 3 Mo Sub. etc etc and each will charge your card again at the end of the subscription. No set up beyond a regular purchase needed.

    AlfredTheTall, by the steps that you listed it does sound like you are just logging into ddo.com instead of the My Account page. Payment information and subscriptions are actually managed though myaccount.turbine.com, as SV mentioned. Log in here with the same information that you use to log into the game, and you will be able to see your subscription information. Click on that yellow tab that says "Get Unlimited Access", and the prompts will take you through the subscription set up process. Let me know if you have any other questions or encounter any issues!
