Congratulations indeed, but as per the list in the OP, there are two other guilds at 200 I believe.

I can understand you not noticing Sanguine Aggregation as I believe they're a small Guild but not noticing Ravensguard?

Members from both those guilds openly boast about the techniques used to gain enough guild xp for level 200. I believe this is why the poster doesn't acknowledge the other lvl 200 guilds.
