Action Boost Doublestrike (Swashbuckler) is not affected by Combat Brute (Legendary Dreadnought) and Action Surge (human/pdk). This bug has been around for a long time by now. Please fix it.

Also:
Action Surge (human) is not triggering on Action Boost: Doublestrike (Druid/Nature's Warrior) but is triggering on the human core Human Versatility: Skill Boost.
The description for Action Surge reads: While under the effects of any Action Boost, you gain a +(1/2/3) Action Boost Bonus to (STR/DEX/CON/INT/WIS/CHA)."I gots me a bad feeling about this..."
