I was more looking for a 'reasonable' setup, not full tilt.
If I would want max DPS I wouldn't start with wearing shadow guardian TF armor instead of shadow striker and the perma FoM fluff boots instead of madstone.

The main problems for me with claw set are heal amp and PRR. If I go with the new cloak for heal amp, I still lose 3-5 seeker.
PRR probably needs to be slotted, so that's 14 PRR lost.
On a barb without DM I also still lose 2 Str.

I will think about a setup like this, just as swap for situations where it's practical to just go full ****** and drop the defensive stuff.
    It's definitely interesting.

...and like cetus said dragon masque unfortunately isn't great in the current content, especially for the 3 high level raids. To many undead.
I agree it isnt the best for the raids, but honestly any future content will likely be something affected by it. Besides that is the worst part of the helm, with deception going off its another brief burst of about 40 sneak damage, also the claw set/tod set scales off melee power, so its actually more than +4/+2 damage (also crits factor in).

So I started a new build thread where I outlined a tentative gear setup, maybe you guys can critique it. I'm curious to hear some thoughts.

Does deception stack with imp. deception? I heard both answers to it so far and haven't seen any reliable information.

I also factored in melee power and crit. profile. See my previous post. Even just the +2 damage is still ahead in terms of damage (just not by much).

Nice. So for equipment main losses are 16PRR and 40 hamp.
I have all that stuff so I may carry this setup just for 'the case'.

Yea, I'll end up using the remnant cloak as a swap in for essentially 5 seeker damage in tight spots where I think I need more healing. Seems like a decent compromise.

I don't know the prior thread but I'm pretty sure you can have one of each non weapon and that each weapon check is separate when TWFing.

So 0.9 imp dec non weapon x 0.95 dec non weapon is your chance of have it not proc if you aren't using a weapon with it.

You lose +4 exceptional seeker in this set up vs Wolf cloak. That being said the survivability in this set up is almost certainly better.
Also how frequently does cloak of Ice proc the freezing ice effect? The additionaly helpless damage could make it worthwhile if it procs frequently enough.

Thinking about this, it would at least make more sense to permanently wear steady handed armbands and put the 40 HealAmp on a ring.
That would give me 15 seeker from equipment.
I would also lose +4 stacking saves though.

The +4 Saves loss isn't such a big issue really, you have FoM so immune to most CC (harper pin and unstoppable to clear up whats left).
You should have a decent Fort save anyway because Barbarian!
And reflex is a bit meh with MRR and a draconic soul gem.
