Copy over. Examine.... no, Adamaintine Body does not appear to be giving 30 ac. Docent texts suggest it is still 20. Equipping gear suggests the same (14 AC without the quorforged docent of battle* -> 39 ac with it -- docent claims +20 base and +5 enhancement = 25, 14+25 = 39).
