No poincelot - at least I can't find him under the bridge

I have jumped, floated, fell - many times - and still don't see Poincelot under the Harbor bridge. I also searched the forum and 'Net and found no indication he was moved, broken - although that has happened before - or replaced.

Is he supposed to be there? Is he where he is supposed/reported to be?

I can't find him.....

He is in the Test Dojo, enter the Marketplace from the Harbor and the Dojo will be West of the dancing Kobold FvS trainer.

So they moved him but I couldn't find any documentation on that. I hate it when old Internet info wastes my time.
