So, i've just lost 2 character slots after trying out the new update in Lamaland. When filing out a ticket which category should i pick?
I've been to support.turbine.com and filed a ticket already but in the response i read that it might be closed without any further response if i picked the wrong department. And since on the support site i didn't know in which category my problem falls into, i'm asking here. To clarify, i've had those character slots for like 3 years now, it's not like i just bought them and they weren't delivered. The characters are there but i had to pick 3 out of 5 to play, just like when you step down from being VIP but i'm Premium (checked at myaccount).
