vulnerability stacking board and sword

Hi been thinking of lr or tr into a fighter and like the new enhancements a lot. One thing i saw on vanguard tree was shield vulnerability. I am currently completing my thunderforge kopesh with 1st degree burns which is basically the same effect. My question is do they both proc the same time and reach 20 stacks just quicker or do they not stack and maybe spend the enhancement points on something else thanks.

IIUC, all sources of Vulnerable will stack up to the max of 20. So having both a weapon with 1st Degree Burns + Disorienting Smash on a Vanguard should help you build up stacks quicker.
