How do I cancel my subscription?
Guilds -- Officer: Umber Hulks, Member: Knights of the Silver Dragon (KotSD)
Characters: Nalinor (Human Rogue lvl 20), Cargonar (Dwarven Fighter lvl 11), Atlanon (Dwarven Fighter 11/Barb. 2). Beltakorr (Human Barb. 18/Fighter 2), Fleabite (Halfling Wiz. lvl 9), Skirahzalon (Drow Bard lvl 8).

Go to myaccount.turbine.com and log in with the user name and password you use to log into the game client. Make sure to fill out the CAPTCHA. Once you are logged in you will be taken to a page which shows your Turbine game subscriptions and information. In the DDO subscriptions information, there is a link to "Cancel Subscription." Follow the link, follow the steps, and there ya go.
