This happened three days ago - all of a sudden I could no longer see other players hp/sp bars... BIG issue: Can't see who is in party, can't promote, can't invite to airship, if someone dc's for a while, cannot see them to dismiss them, can't promote others so they can do it either. This is a real problem... and Turbine either can't or won't help: I submitted an in-game support ticket, and here's the response I got as soon as the GM saw the issue - insta-resolve:

"In order to provide the best resolution to your issue, you will need to contact our Technical Support department. That team is better equipped to handle your inquiry, as the In-Game Support team does not have access to the necessary information. To contact Technical Support, please visit support.turbine.com . Click on the “Support Center” tab and then select “Submit a Ticket”. While filling out the ticket submission form, select DDO as your game, and “Tech Support” as your Support Team."

After I submitted the ticket to support as required by the original NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE person, here's the response I got:

Obviously, customer no-service is alive and well at Turbine... has anyone on the forums ever seen this issue and what if any resolution can you give me... this is a fourth life toon, and I'd rather not trash it if I don't have to... UI settings suggestions are not in order, since this is the only one of 20 toons with this issue.
