    Default Do GM's really look at this forum and help

    Have posted 3 things on this forum, one was corrected with update, one was corrected by maintenance the broke again with update. Have put in bug report and customer service ticket (ticket # 24001-65750) was hoping to TR tomorrow or next day to completionist, but would like my master's gift before I start. It is a big problem for me that jewelers kits do not work.

    Well guess that answers my question GM's do not look at this forum. Customer service just now told me they could not help to put in bug report which I have already done. I fill that the problem might be in data files, but I am NOT a IT person like the people at DDO are suppose to be!!! I have been playing DDO for 6 years been VIP for about 5 1/2 years this is the maddest I have been in that time. Have not play in the last 3 day except for daily dice and looking at builds..
