DDO Store Error

I am having this problem when i go into the DDO Store (using CTRL + S ) i get a error saying connection reset. I tried looking it up and what i found was to delete a folder in the game data. I did that and it did not help. the next thing i tried to do was to completely uninstall game and re install. Once i was done with that i tried launching the game again. I still have the same problem and i dont know have to fix it and sort of help would be nice.
