Does Holy Sword work with arti spells?

A weapon can have only one Artificer enhancement at a time -- if you cast Deadly on a weapon, and then Shocking, the Deadly gets erased. Is paladin's Holy Sword spell likewise exclusive of arti spells, or is it possible to have Holy Sword and (for example) Flaming Weapon cast onto the same item?

Holy Sword can be used in conjunction with arti buffs (ele/deadly/etc) as well as Insightful Strikes or Insightful Damage, though you need 15 Pally/5 Arti to have Holy Sword and Insightful Damage since both are self only
