Missing Harper Tree on Specific Characters

Greetings!

I have an issue regarding at least two of my characters (possibly more) in which the Harper Tree is not appearing in my enhancement section. Before anyone starts tossing out the obvious: YES I scrolled through all 7 windows and YES I have tried unselecting and selecting different Trees. Both characters are pure Ranger with a level 1 arti level, and neither has access to the harper tree. The 3 ranger trees, the racial tree and the 2 artificer trees are available, but the harper tree is not in any drop downs and is not filling a pane. I have purchased the Harper tree previously with Turbine Points and all other characters that I have wanted to use it on have had no difficulty.

The characters in question are Voulgaris and Antheon.

Please assist.

I can only recommend doing the following:
- reset all enhancements
- unset all trees
- check again
Perhaps harper is hiding behind some other class tree or so.

I have tried that, but I will try again. This is on Khyber by the way, in case a GM wants to reach out and help me.
