'Dowloading "Microsoft C++ 2005 SP 1 Redistributable Package (x86)"...' Problem

Hello, recently I upgraded my my pc from win7 32bit to win7 64bit. I then fresh install DDO. I can play the game fine and no problem with login and stuff. One thing that annoys me, its not quiet a problem but it still annoys me though that every time I start the launcher it will do the 'Dowloading "Microsoft C++ 2005 SP 1 Redistributable Package (x86)"...' and then 'Installing "Microsoft C++ 2005 SP 1 Redistributable Package (x86)"...'

Yes it happen every time when I open the launcher and because of that the launcher will restart 1 more time before I can really log in into the game. Is there any way to fix this if this count as 'broken thing' or work around for it?

Try running as an Administrator.
