Repeat of what I have posted in the General Discussion, but I'm not getting any feedback there:
Trying to help someone get signed up, but the server is returning an error. We've tried with both IE and Chrome, so it looks to be a server side error. Here's the error details, this pops up right after clicking 'Register':
