New Trainers for House Phiarlan

Its only just now occured to me that in House Phiarlan, there are 2 wizard trainers, 2 sorcerer trainers and 1 bard trainer. We do not need extra sorcerer or wizard trainers. I think it would be good to add trainers for the rest of the classes in House Phiarlan somewhere.

At the very least we could get one of those Wizard Trainers and one of those Sorc trainers moved over to House J or K and stick a Rogue and an Arti Trainer in House P.

They are a hold-over from a previous time when there where different trainers for different levels; and certain houses catered to certain classes.
