bladeforged sorc pally build

My google-fu is not coming up with this although I'm sure it is a common build. I want to do my 3rd life as a bladeforged sorc pally and am looking for a good build. The caveat is, I have a sword of shadows that I want to utilize but have the dilemma of leveling 3 stats -- con, chr, str.

I'm thinking 2 pally 18 sorc, and mainly being a caster. Is my sword of shadows melee going to be ineffective? Also, links to similar builds would be helpful.
