Once upon a time, the developers had some poor reason to not include green steel rings as an option. It was not a good decision. So let's finally pull the trigger on it and add green steel rings as an option. Maybe that will help reinvigorate the Shroud for a day or two. I know I would find it useful.

Not needed there are tod rings and I still see the shroud ran all the time
