Possible bug.. I searched the thread to see if it'd come up yet but haven't seen it.
But
You're missing Bards.
The class dropdowns are auto-filtered depending on your choices. Bards will be filtered out if you've chosen a lawful alignment. I'm guessing you chose lawful neutral since I don't see paladin in the list either, while both druid and monk are.
On a side note, the alignment dropdown is designed to be skippable, and I recommend skipping it entirely unless you have a specific reason to choose one. One example might be to choose chaotic good to allow using true chaos and pure good weapons on a melee build with no umd. Another might be to choose true neutral specifically to allow wearing superior stability.

The filtering is fairly complex in that choosing an alignment filters the classes, and choosing classes filters alignment. Which in turn filters classes. It's a surprisingly complicated feedback loop that actually took me much longer to get right than I anticipated. Quick example: If you leave alignment blank and choose monk as your primary class, the alignment choices get filtered to only lawful ones, which in turn filters the class dropdowns to no longer include bard. It's a whole thing.
It shouldn't currently allow any impossible combinations; let me know if you find one. Not choosing an alignment isn't an issue; it's just left blank in the output. That essentially means "choose whatever alignment you like."
One aspect of the logic is that if only one alignment is possible, it gets chosen for you. The only two examples are if you choose paladin, the alignment automatically becomes lawful good, and if you choose both druid and monk the alignment automatically becomes lawful neutral.
Thank you for the quick responses. That makes much more sense than Bards having been left out of the builder.

Version 1.0.3 is up, which includes Warlock.
NOTE: Like in the game on live, the builder does not enforce alignment compatibility with your pact in any way. So be sure any build you plan obeys pact alignment restrictions.
I'm not sure what to do about pact spells. They work similarly to cleric cure spells, but they're pact-dependent. The builder doesn't support feat-specific mandatory spells. In order to get 1.0.3 out quickly I currently just ignore pact spells. Hopefully pact spells can be added in a future update.
For the trees, this time I added the enhancements directly from a test character made on live, as opposed to when the rogue pass went live and I entered the changes based on ddowiki. This should hopefully mean there aren't too many errors. As always, post if you find any errors and I'll get them fixed.
Version 1.0.3
- Added Warlock class
- Added Enlightened Spirit, Soul Eater and Tainted Scholar trees
- Fixed runtime error when changing build while main form is minimized
- Fixed prereqs for level 20 deity feat DR/Silver
- New feat selector: Skill Focus: Spellcraft
- New feat selector: Half-Elf Dilettante: Warlock
- New feat selector: Past Life: Warlock
- New epic feat: Epic Eldritch Blast
- New destiny feat: Epic Arcane Eldritch Blast
- Updated half-elf dilettante enhancements for warlock

Also if you're using Chrome you'll have to use something else to download it, or turn off download protection (not recommended). Chrome is flagging the new file as malicious for the time being.
You can request a review Ellis https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/168328 to get it flagged as safe/flagged sooner.
And/or use a site that doesn't frequently serve malicious software.
That said, the new version looks nice!
Chrome downloads the file and then leaves you with only the option to discard it, as it's malicious software.
MediaFire is not listed as suspicious inherently. However:
Of the 96402 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 179 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2015-06-18, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2015-06-18.
Malicious software includes 277 virus, 104 exploit(s), 73 trojan(s).
Has this site hosted malware?
Yes, this site has hosted malicious software over the past 90 days. It infected 19 domain(s), including [snip].
They use heuristics and stuff to check for malicious software, but it's likely that a new file on MediaFire is automatically flagged as malicious until they can verify it's not.
Just to be explicit, I'm not saying the builder has malicious software in it. Or that you're specifically doing anything wrong. But hosting it on MediaFire makes it more difficult for the most popular browser to download your builder and there's a slim chance something bad could happen due to circumstances out of your control.
The problem is that I'm including an exe in a zip file, so it's fairly likely that they're always going to flag it as malicious every time I upload a new version, regardless if I upload it to mediafire or to some other hosting site.
I tried following that link to request a review but very quickly couldn't make heads or tails out of the instructions. Apologies to the group, but for the foreseeable future there's not much I can do.
First off, let me start by saying that I love this planner so much more than the one I was using. I did notice, however, that the tower shield proficiency feat appears to be missing. Unless I'm just blind. It's just throwing a monkey wrench in the build I'm trying to work on. :|
It's in there, but you're not blind. It's kind of hidden.
Tower Shield is one of the selectors of the Proficiency feat. Look for it in the Misc group.
Proficiency: Tower Shield does require Proficiency: Shield, so if Shield Prof isn't one of your granted feats you'll have to take both.
Speaking of proficiency, that's something I forgot to add to warlocks. They get light armor proficiency. To add it yourself, open Data\Classes.txt, scroll down to warlock, and add the following line right next to the Magical Training line:
GrantedFeats1: Proficiency: Light Armor
It's fine that this is a "duplicate" line; granted feats can be duplicates. Simple weapon proficiency isn't actually a feat in the planner (because it does nothing and everyone gets it) so you only need to add light armor.
Here's a set of test links for Google drive:
Character Builder Lite v1.0.3 (includes Data 06-20-15)
Data 06-20-15
Source Code v1.0.3 (VB6)
All Downloads
Assuming these work, I'll switch over from Mediafire to Google Drive. So, uh, do they work? I'm particularly interested about the All Downloads link; does that let you download any of the files for previous versions?
(Note that the google drive version of 1.0.3 is stealth-updated to include light armor proficiency for warlock.)

Awesome tip, that was going to be my next question.
The OP has been switched over to google drive, no more media fire virus warnings. Yay!
Google drive apparently does not track download counts, which is a bummer. I liked having that info. Oh well.
Here's the download counts from MediaFire:
753 Version 1.0 (original)
634 Version 1.0 (newer data)
387 Version 1.0.1
971 Version 1.0.2
114 Version 1.0.3 (was only up for two days before switching to google drive)
Each of the data file links had between 30-80 downloads, and of the four source code links, two had ~30 downloads and two had ~50 downloads.
And for posterity, here's a link to All MediaFire Downloads.

Reminder that the 1.0.3 in the OP now has a data correction for warlocks granting them light armor proficiency, so if you already downloaded the MediaFire 1.0.3 you may want to refresh your data files at least.
