    Angry URGENT: In-Game Support Not Working, Need Immediate Assistance

    I know, I know. I'm not supposed to submit Urgent In-Game requests here, but what if the in-game request isn't working? What then?

    EDIT: I apologize for not putting what this is about. I have money from auctions set to expire in 3 days (which is about on time for phone support to be available) that I can't get from my delivery box. I have no idea why I can't. All I know is that I double click on them as usual, click Detach (again as usual), and nothing happens. I have tried restarting the game. I've tried restarting the computer. I will soon be trying to access it from a different computer (once the game has updated on said computer). But beyond that I don't know how I'm supposed to get my money.

    What error you getting ingame to make the request?

    I haven't been able to use the help request in years, and have had no resolution on turbine behalf.
    Your best bet, maybe contact someone you know ingame or even ask in general chat if they can contact a GM through a help request and ask the GM to contact you. I've had to do that before through my guildies. it will probably be the quickest way.

    Ok, so, I've tried "detaching" my platinum from both Windows and Mac OS installations (on different systems as well) of DDO to no avail. So it's not just my computer.

    That's a good idea. And I forgot to check the help request on the other computer. Logging back in to check. Thanks!

    How much money does your current character have?

    Are you f2p or premium/VIP?

    There is a hard money cap of 4,294,967pp

    If you are f2p there is also a gold cap based on your level.


    My guess is that removing the money would put you over one of these caps. You will have to spend or otherwise get rid of some money before you can remove your AH money from the bank.

    The Help request works on the other (Windows) computer! So it looks like just another broken feature on Mac OS >.<

    There's a money cap? How ridiculous. That may actually be the issue here. I'll check. Thanks!

    Yep. The money cap was it. Once again, how ridiculous. Thanks for the tip! I'll keep that in mind from now on.
