How much XP should a player get for shoveling snow?

I think it would depend on who's snow is getting shoveled.

Shoveling the DMs snow would net a greater XP bonus regardless of what the base XPs for the shoveling quest are.

None -- any adventurer should have high enough UMD to use scrolls of fireball, avoiding any need for shoveling whatsoever.
