Jewelers Kit not working

Tried to remove Master's gift from and item with Jewelers kit. The barter box opens but when is put the item in it just sits there. Tried with other items and other toons nothing. Anyone else having this problem.

I had the same problem before, when using the jeweler kits from a stack of jewelers kits.
Try to separate a single jewelers kit from the stack (press CTRL, click the stack and drag it to an empty inventory slot, enter the amount 1) and use that single kit for your item.

I removed masters gift on monday without issues.
Remember, both toolkit and item you're removing it from need to be unlocked.

Did both them using only on jeweler kit and items unlocked the barter box tells me if I try to put locked item in it

When you look at the jewelers kit in your inventory, does the icon of the jewelers kit have a yellow border around it?

Or could you provide a screenshot of the problem?

Jewelers kit has yellow border. Just had customer try to help me they could not said to put in bug report which I did.
