1. Is this ability still bugged (kills pale masters in the party) or has it been truly fixed?

2. Is this ability affected by light spellpower?

3. Anyone have any experience with this ability? Is it that useful?

I do not have experience with it, because it only affects Undead and Evil Outsiders. That automatically makes it completely useless against all the content without Undead or Evil Outsiders.

I'd suggest the devs make it at least to partial damage to any enemies, with only full damage to Undead and Evil Outsiders. Then it might be worth trying.

You can't kill palemasters anymore with it, which makes it useless.
Even in undead heavy quests I found the damage to be really poor.
