Etr bug is back and worse than before

Just etr'd stat and skill tomes didn't apply, and now I can't train enhancements. The enhancement screen only shows one tree and it's blank.

He told me to log out and back in. I couldn't log out so told me to quit to desktop and come back now I can't log back in stuck at loading Paige
