This is a nice easy to read list. Don't forget Improved Weapon Finesse from the Ranger Deepwood Stalker tree.

You may want to cross reference with this post. Just based on length I suspect you missed some.

Not feats nor enhancements, but the artificer spells "Insightful strike" and "insightful damage" should go on here.

Nice list. Would be handy if you (or someone else) put it up on the wiki!

Edit: I might also suggest changing the table to Stat on edge, and hit/damage on the top, instead. Not too much point in separating the feats and enhancements, since the latter is the vast majority.

That's not lag, it's just DDO trying to become turn-based again.
Feature wishlist: colour-coded HP bars; red/blue teams in raids; rez-timer in party menu

All the various heroic and epic past life feats,
fighter, ranger, rogue, monk, all give bonuses for heroic trs, plus weapon enchantment from the arcane epic past life.
    And completionist of course.

This thread looks neat, but I have some comments.

    Bard: Tier 3: Swift Strikes
Bard: Tier 3: Two Steps Ahead
    Bard: Tier 3: Smooth Flourishes

These damage modifier enhancements does not directly apply to 'all weapons'.
The weapon has to qualify for the SWF Feat, thus it has nothing to do with two
handed & thrown weapons, or even while two weapon fighting.

    Adjusted the table
though I do believe it works for throwing weapons, or it seems to on the one toon I have that uses it

You forgot Druid Past Life Feat Flame Blades: uses Wisdom both to hit and for damage.

Just gonna point out that Swift Strikes' in-game tooltip states "You get Dexterity to Damage with weapon attacks while Single Weapon Fighting". Single Weapon Fighting do not apply to thrown weapons, as said on the wiki. So using a Thrown Weapon (as I've tested) clearly does not qualify for SWF. Same goes to Smooth Flourishes and Two Steps Ahead. Still, I've learned other stuff from the table you made so thanks!

Pretty sure this feat only works for Wisdom on to-hit and damage for the summoned scimitars, which your chart fails to indicate (An oversight which would make it an even bigger newb trap.)
