Loosing+6 tome and Reward Problem!

I've already written several times and tickets do not get proper help after about 1 week.
My character on wayfinder Madcrawler. Can not get quest rewards or quest lines continue because I always get a message that my cat. Was full. It is not full. Furthermore, I do not display my tomes although I had +6 tomes on everything as strength, charisma, wisdom, etc.

Would be nice if something who can do what. Thank You

If you can't get quest rewards, it may be due to having too many unclaimed end rewards. E.g., you're saving renown rewards for a bonus weekend. There's a limit as to how many you can have active. Start collecting the rewards from the earliest quests you completed and it should unfreeze.

Thanks to all. After some not so nice words, they did it once but business after 1 h. Why is it previously did not work after 2 weeks!
