Looking for build advice on an Elf (sun or Drow or standard ) Arcane Archer build, first life, VIP, all classes & races available.

I like the ranged play style, but also want a build that is valuable in groups at epic elite level content.

Not really concerned about equipment, I have access to top end crafted & greensteel, so heroic levels will be no problem.

I am planning on Penion & Thunderforged to cover epic level weapons.

Mostly concerned with class/enhancement & feat selection.

I want to mostly to focus on ranged DPS, but soloing is a consideration.
