    Default Looking for a product key. (resolved)

    So I've pretty much given up submitting a suport ticket about this. After 5 years of never getting a response back, i think i can safely assume they either dont want me to play thier game or they dont have a support staff. either way, I'm looking for any one with a spare product key

    What exactly did you purchase that has a Key?
    If it was a boxed product, It was a card in the box.

    if it was electronic, it was emailed to you. Probably in your spam folder with all the ddo GM responses

    I didnt purchase anything. DDO, the free to play game, keeps asking for a product key. I've e-mailed them and submited support tickets for years about this and no one has ever responded back to me.

    Where are you seeing the prompt? When you start the launcher, or in some other location.

    when i try to log into the launcher. it says "no subscription found"

    From what I've read in other threads that usually happens when you try to log in using a Lord of the Rings account.

    You could always just make a new account for DDO. It sounds like it would be a lot faster than trying to get a product key to connect your accounts since they haven't replied for whatever reason.

    I thought it was all on the same system.

    Nope, you need to make a separate account for DDO.

    It is possible to have them both tied to one account but, as you have discovered, sometimes the tickets doesn't go through for whatever reason.

    You can get in touch with Account Support for a Product Key by visiting support.turbine.com, then clicking on "Support Center" and "Submit a Ticket". I can't speak personally as to why you feel we've been ignoring your tickets for "years", but typically we will be able to get back to you within a few days to maybe a week. Account Support can get you a key to apply to your account in myaccount.turbine.com.

    I've already tried submitting a ticket. I've been doing that for years and no one has ever responded back to me.

    I finally just gave up and tried calling again. some one finally picked up! I have a product key now. so my issue has been resolved.
