Default The Loooong pause when activating adrenaline in a melee...

How can this be ameliorated? Feat: Quickdraw?

It is such a long delay that I only use adrenaline charges when charging up to a mob.

    Thx in advance for advice.

Some activated attacks like cleaves can be used during that pause to somewhat circumvent it.

Hi peng--thx for the suggestion--will give it a try.
I have tried it in conjunction with Fists of Iron since they seem to stack. I just find myself pounding the button several times before the attack finally occurs. Feels like slow-motion.

It is my understanding that adrenaline isnt an attack, It insteads "preps" the next attack to be adrenaline "loaded". It does slow the attack animation a bit.

It does almost seem like it is on purpose to allow you to get in cleaves or other action button attacks in on your adreneline.

The effects do seem to stack (in my experience anyway - though I have done no thorough testing). An Adreneline Exalted Smite can do a **** load of damage.

Which is why I tend to follow up with great cleave. Cleaves interrupt attack animations which can be a pain (though cleave +immediately great cleaving seems to line up nicely with standard attack animations) - but those same feats also seem to interrupt other things - like the wait for adrenaline to actually activate.

Seems to work for me, anyway. Haven't really properly thought about it, only got adrenaline very recently myself.

Hit sunder right after activating the adrenaline, do that and there is barley any delay.

My ranger loves Pin>adrenaline>slayer arrow. Hits for an obscene amount of damage.
