Missing enhancement trees

I recently started a wizard rogue (I wanted to follow this guide) and I am missing two wizard enhancement trees, namely pale master and archmage.



How do I get those two to show up?

Things I have tried so far:

• lesser reincarnation
• start new character
• ingame ticket (GM told me to use LR)

Any ideas?

It will be already active on the next section.
or
Alternatively.. unset the ones you are not using, it will bring in the ones from the otherside.

can't believe a GM told you to LR, did he/she give you the LR heart at least? if not that would be... loling
