Game server not responding

I can get through server select and character select, but then the Loading bar doesn't move for a very long time. If I wait long enough, the city loads and I have a red X icon at the top of my screen. When I hover over it, it says

ping 77.0ms loss 0.0%
sent 78.0B/s received 0.0B/s

and then after about 30 seconds or so the game says connection lost. It doesn't seem to close the game, it just hangs there. Same result on 3 servers. I saw a Warforged character moving around the second time I got into the game this way.

Turbine, kindly check your routing, everytime the connection gets routed to Pnap.net, the connection gets lost

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the Play Instantly option. This solved the problem to the extent that I was able to create a character and play it. I have not tried logging on other characters yet.

Can a mod/admin merge this in to the other similar thread? It might help somebody else get in
