When will we see +6 supreme tomes again?

I was moments away before purchasing a +6 supreme tome that was on a nice sale, but I had to leave.
Now when I came back I see they're off the store, and I'm asking, is there an estimate on when will we see them again?

How long ago was the sale? If you called in customer support and explained them your situation, perhaps they'd be able to help. Perhaps not, but maybe worth trying.

I would suggest they will go on sale early to mid march. This gives them a nice boost to their quarterly results and honestly this appears to be the Modus Operandi of Turbine and their sales of the nicer store items.

Easter is at the start of April.. the tome may appear sooner, but that seems like a likely time that they'll pop up again.

Let's see, +3 tomes have been ubiquitous for as long as I've been playing, that's over 5 years now. ToD 20th reward is a +4... that's been around even longer than me. Soooo.....

In the past 5 years it's gone from +4 tomes to +6 tomes! OH MY!!!

In that time DC's have doubled, if not tripled, meaning that lone, single, solitary point of DC you get by going from +4 to +6 is for all intents and purposed entirely negligible.

Tome creep. Please.

Name one thing you are going to win by having a +6 tome that you couldn't have just as easily won with a +4, +3, or even a +2. Just one thing. Name one, tiny thing. Anything. Really, anything at all. I'd love to see you, or anyone else for that matter, name one single thing where the difference between winning and losing is 1-2 points of DC.

My related question would be, when do we see +6 tomes dropping in game, or even +5 tomes?
I have seen friends pulling 4-5 upgrades but very rarely for a short time when new content update launches.

It is easy, you fail less saves, you land more effect or nothing spells/tricks. Lots of tiny +5-10% factors that can save the day or not. Stats are still very meaningful, tho less and less as the content scales up.

Its not about winning 1 thing, its more like be on the favorable side of the dice a lot more often. Tower of Despair has a % for a +4 tome i believe, at least last time i only got rings. Yeah i know i still play it occasionally just for the sake of it.

Your response is rational, the tome creep response was not. Turbine is absolutely notorious for being dreadful at scaling, they don't seem to even understand the concept. First of all, consider tomes are only half what they appear to be, as it takes 2 stat points to increase a DC by 1.

+4 tomes are level 15 and higher...

+6 tomes are level 23 and higher!!!!

So we're talking level 13 quests on elite you get +2 to your DC and then you have to wait a whole nother 8 levels, well into epics, where mob saves more than double, to get another +1 DC from tomes...
