Ghallanda - The Circle of Night welcomes you!

If you are an experienced online game player, or experienced D&D player who is new to DDO – welcome! I’d like to introduce you to The Circle of Night on the Ghallanda server.

The Circle of Night draws its name from Eberron lore and firmly believes that a character's life begins at the level cap. We are a mature group of experienced players 21 years and up (well...as mature as a bunch of people playing a fantasy computer game can be) who focus on having fun in end-game content, while understanding that real life obligations and commitments come first. We maintain a relaxed, casual atmosphere with only one obligation: when it's time to run, our players and their characters are “Prepared for Completion” (tm).

Most of our players have been playing this game since beta or launch, and we have been together as a guild since 2009. Currently guild level 167, we LOVE giving experienced gamers an opportunity to ‘fast track’ their DDO experience by providing build advice, gear, etc. We use Mumble for in-game chat so that players can provide conversation and assistance - even if not in the same groups. While other guilds advertise ‘drama free’ – we live it. This is a game, and we have a LOT of fun playing it and are looking forward to what you can add to our merry band of misfits.

The Circle of Night was honored to be featured as the spotlight guild in today's DDO Chronicle! Issue 124! Thanks, Turbine, for shining a spotlight on our corner of Ghallanda!

Just a peek into what an evening in The Circle of Night is like. Last night we flagged and guided three new raiders through short-man raids in eVON, ThunderPeaks, and Deathwyrm. We were able to complete all three is a short amount of time, and teach our new raiders a little something about the tactics to ensure they are all 'Prepared for Completion' on future runs.

Another group of guildees were running heroic content (working on their past lives) - and all were in our Mumble chat server so we could share stories and fellowship as a guild.
