Its 2015, still bugged?

So i've been leveling shadowdancer, and I've gotten myself to its epic moments, but before I declare this underwhelming and respec out of the final tier abilities, are they just...bugged? the only information I can find about it is from 2012.

Dark imbuement is... underwhelming, 2d6 extra damage for 30 seconds (i'm melee) after getting 20 stacks, thats tough to do when I only get 2-3 per fight. Especially since going through a doorway or resting resets them.

I HEAR that the DC of Consume is a lie and that it ISN'T, the DC of 10 + Char level + int mod + something (I haven't been in game in a bit, so I only vaguely recall the formula listed on the tooltip). That seemed decently high, especially since that's basically my assassinate DC. And it supposedly lets you do other stuff while it just pops every 2 seconds.

This is a really good destiny for my rogue, aside from the odd bug with meld into shadows requiring you to not move until it activates, but these epic moments, do they work?

It worked for me some time back, but as you said was underwhelming. Swapped out and invested in +1 int, that and Shadow Form use all my AP and I have never missed Dark Imbuement.

It seems bugged.

Yesterday i reached 20 and took shadowdancer as destiny. Here are the problems i encountered

Dark Imbuement : i never gained Dark Imbuement Charge. I gain shadow charge but never a single Dark Imbuement Charge

Shadow Charge : it seemed capped at 3.

Shrouding Strike : +2
Cloak of Shadow : +1
Shadow Manipulation : +1
Shadow Form : +1

It should cap at 5
Also, removing Dark Imbuement and Adding Consume (+1), it still stay capped at 3 charges


I will do more test this weekend
