    Default Threat reduction: what stacks?

Currently, on my assassin rogue (he's level 23, now, so much fun with twf agony), I'm using the shadowdancer epic destiny for its usefulness with assassins. However, there is a question about how much threat/aggro reduction there is and how much it stacks, if at all. I currently have:

Shadowdancer - rank 2 gives you Shadow Training II, which is a 20% threat reduction toggle.
Thief Acrobat - the tier 2 ability at rank 3, Subtlety, allows you to deal 40% less threat.
Nether Grasps - these gloves have Diversion on them, which reduces your threat by 20%.

Therein lies the problem: do these stack? Am I effectively getting 80% threat reduction on melee attacks or am I getting 40% because Subtlety is the highest value, or 60% because epic destiny passives usually stack with enhancements and/or items?

It's more complicated. I believe previous testing showed that like values don't stack, so you only get one 20% off coupon. 0.8 x .06 = 0.48. 48% of base damage, or 52% threat reduction. If you have a 30% reduction item or ability, you'd be at 0.8 x 0.6 x .07 = 0.336. 33.6% of base damage, or 66.4% threat reduction.

Then again, plenty of people say the whole system if fudged and the numbers never play out.

Say it ain't so! Is this something that someone simply heard or is there some evidence? I'd especially want to know because I'm currently running threat reduction as:

    20% Shadowdancer
    20% Item
20% Acrobat tree (out of APs to increase to 30 or 40)

If like numbers don't stack, I'd be sitting at...20% threat reduction.

Apparently my memory isn't that good. Like values DO stack, but only if on different items/abilities, e.g. dual wielding Treason doesn't double the threat reduction.

    Lots of info here:

Well, threat reduction is a slippery topic. The info available is really scarce and you can only dream of anything dev-approved on the topic.

Threat reduction from SD should stack with that from enhancements and from items.
As has been said, threat reduction from wielding 2 Treasons doesn't stack.
With the introduction of new item properties that all have to do with threat reduction, it hasn't been said anywhere that they stack but simply by having other names (like Diversion, Treason, set item bonuses, ...) it is implied they should stack.

If nothing changed since 5 years ago (and we haven't heard anything) threat reduction stacks multiplicatively, not additively.
There was also some talk from Eladrin about introducing a hard cap of -50% threat but it hasn't been confirmed to had been introduced.
