It's 4:30 CST on Khyber on 1/3/2015. If you have the ability, I suggest you check your LFM logs Devs. There's a full-on protest going on right now. I'm part of it. I'm sick of the lag. I'm sick of the lack of it's acknowledgement. I love my main. I've friends on Khyber. If I cannot use my main and play with my friends, then I guess I'll not play at all. Thank you for the lovely updates. Thank you for years of enjoyment. I'm sorry it has had to come to this. I really am. It is not character imbalance, content diversity, or lack of interest that's driving the player base of Khyber away; it's you. It's your lack of acknowledgement of a serious lag problem that is consistent and persistent. I will monitor the forums. I will pray you amend your lack of investment in making this game playable. I will miss you.

Yeah, screenies don't need to be posted. I'm just tired. This is my break from the chronic pain I suffer in my foot since an accident at work over 7 years ago. This is a great game. I don't want to kill it. I just want to be able to play it...

i really dont want to leave khyber! this server has really great player in it! but due to the lag issue, its driving the good/great players away! either from the game as a whole or just leaven the server! plz Dev's listen to ur players on khyber and fix the lag issue! i know its only khyber! i tested that this morning! plz do something!

I don't know if server technology, bandwidth, or coding are the culprit...but you really gotta get this figured out team. Rumors abound about the quality of your servers. There are whispers about the amount of bandwidth available. I don't know the answer...I'd offer it up freely if I did...but this is simply unacceptable. Perhaps this is just an irritable customer speaking from a place of frustration and chronic pain, or perhaps I speak for a large majority of your Khyber population, but you are not headed in a positive direction when over 50 percent of LFMs in the panel are dedicated to voicing discontent over lag.

Adding my voice here. I've been playing since the beginning. I took a few years off recently, and have come back to find so many good and FUN changes. The terrible lag, though, underwrites it all. This isn't the worst lag I've seen, but I can't help but compare it to early pre-beta days. That's rough to handle in an 8 year old game.

I WANT to play your game. My kids, who are have literally spent their whole lives bugging me to let them play, are finally old enough to really get into it, but the lag stops us. Not being able to fix it is one thing. Not even replying is another.

Reboot the server. Even if it doesn't fix anything, it at least will show that SOMEONE is listening and willing to try the most basic IT fix known to man ("Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again?"). Throw us a bone!

this game is about the only thing i have to help me unwind and relax at the end of the day the fact that after 4 years of playing the game the servers get worse rather than better ****es me off i was a vip member till a little while ago why should i pay WB and turbine any money if they chose not to fix something that has been brought to light of the dev and management teams years ago i understand that tech probs on someones computer might be to blame but when every raid/quest i run is locked up with lag it has to be the server systems not just one of us players if it is that the server can not keep up with the traffic than replace it i think that some of the players on here spend the money to buy WB/turbine a new sever system for khyber 6 times over in a year. really you can say we cant fix it for this and that reason but we know you can just chose not to

I have been playing this game for several year put quite a lot of time money & effort into the game to be unable to enjoy either the game or the company i'm with because wow you get to the point where its unplayable for almost every dungeon then are you as devs even bothered by this?

my investment was mostly time, and lots of it, although i have purchased quite a few TP packs.
the thing is, this is an official server, not some pirate server somewhere like many others, this is not something that should happen on a server where players pay real money to play, and support the game.
so, it's either no one cares, in that case, i want a refund, or, the server can't be saved, in this case, i would like a free pass for all my toons to a server of my choice. or, preferably a "new khyber" server, for all the players to be transferred there.

the first scenario is a mute point, if no one cares, we'll get no response, no compensation (for the siberys cakes consumed and the insane amount of SP potions consumed while trying to cast a spell that won't go off).
the second scenario has an easy and FREE (for tubine) fix as a first solution. or an investment as a second solution, both doable, and relatively easy.

I hope the lack of acknowledgment is due to everyone being on holidays, in the meantime I am going to re-install Baulder's Gate as it will be more stable and playable then DDO is at the minute and I won't get as frustrated

Let's avoid making this about any segment of the player base...but chances are they are currently lag-locked ingame
